The True STR1RRT-1S-1S-HC SPEC SERIES roll-thru refrigerator provides access through solid swing doors at the front and rear. It features stainless steel doors, front, and sides, with stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liner, and ceiling. Its top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses an expansion valve and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat production and energy consumption. The evaporator is positioned outside the food zone to maximize usable space, and high-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid doors.

Heavy-gauge stainless steel ramps support loading through either end. The cabinet accepts roll-in racks with inboard castors measuring up to 27" L × 29" D × 66" H; racks are supplied by others. Interior bumpers protect the walls from carts. Self-closing doors feature a 120° stay-open position, lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style locks, heavy-duty all-metal handles, and external cam-lift hinges. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior, while an exterior digital display shows temperature in °F or °C. An epoxy-coated evaporator resists corrosion, and magnetic door gaskets remove without tools for cleaning. The unit includes a 9-foot cord and NEMA 5-15P plug for a dedicated 115V, 15-amp outlet.
