The True STR1RRI-1S-HC SPEC SERIES roll-in refrigerator accommodates racks with inboard castors measuring up to 27" L × 29" D × 66" H. Its self-contained expansion valve refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures between 33°F and 38°F. The top-mounted system positions the evaporator outside the food zone to maximize storage space. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat generation and energy consumption. An exterior digital temperature display provides readings in °F or °C.

The cabinet features a stainless steel door, front and sides, with stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liner and ceiling. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid door. A heavy-gauge stainless steel ramp supports rack loading, while interior bumpers protect cabinet walls from roll-in carts. The self-closing door includes a 120° stay-open feature, a lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style lock, an all-metal handle and three external cam lift hinges. A field-reversible hinge and one-piece magnetic gasket removable without tools support installation and cleaning. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior, and an epoxy-coated evaporator helps resist corrosion. Racks are supplied separately. The refrigerator comes factory prewired with a 9 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
