The True STR1RRT-1G-1S-HC SPEC SERIES roll-thru refrigerator provides access through a glass front door and a solid rear door. It features a stainless steel exterior door construction, front, and sides, along with stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liner, and ceiling. Its top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses an expansion valve and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures of 33°F to 38°F. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors deliver consistent airflow while reducing heat production and energy consumption. The evaporator sits outside the food zone, and high-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid door.

The cabinet accommodates roll-in racks with inboard castors measuring up to 27" L × 29" D × 66" H; racks are supplied by others. Stainless steel ramps support loading through either end, while interior bumpers protect the cabinet walls from carts. The front door features Low-E, double-pane insulated glass. Self-closing doors have a 120° stay-open feature, lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style locks, heavy-duty all-metal handles, and external cam-lift hinges. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior, and an exterior digital display shows temperature in °F or °C. An epoxy-coated evaporator resists corrosion, and magnetic door gaskets remove without tools for cleaning. A 9-foot cord and NEMA 5-15P plug are included.
