The True STR1RRT89-1S-1S-HC SPEC SERIES roll-thru refrigerator provides access through solid swing doors at the front and rear. Its stainless steel construction includes the exterior doors, front, and sides, plus interior side walls, back, floor, door liner, and ceiling. The top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses an expansion valve and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures of 33°F to 38°F. An extra-large evaporator coil works with the compressor and large condenser, while sealed, self-lubricating evaporator fan motors and larger fan blades provide low-velocity, high-volume airflow for faster temperature recovery. The evaporator sits outside the food zone, and high-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid doors.

Two heavy-gauge stainless steel ramps, one per door, accommodate roll-in racks with inboard castors measuring up to 27" L × 29" D × 72" H; racks are supplied by others. Interior bumpers protect the cabinet walls from carts. Self-closing doors feature a 120° stay-open position, lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style locks, all-metal handles, and external cam-lift hinges. Safety-shielded incandescent lighting illuminates the interior, and an exterior digital display shows temperature in °F or °C. An epoxy-coated evaporator resists corrosion, while magnetic door gaskets remove without tools for cleaning. The refrigerator includes a 9-foot cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
