The True TGN-2R-2S TGN Series reach-in refrigerator maintains cabinet temperatures from 32°F to 41°F using a self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while producing less heat. The bottom-mounted condensing unit provides access for cleaning, raises the lower shelf, and allows storage above the cabinet. Automatic defrost is time-initiated and temperature-terminated. Reverse condensing unit technology reverses the condenser fan direction at startup to remove dirt, dust, and debris from the coil. An exterior display provides a reading of cabinet temperature.

The cabinet features a stainless steel front, anodized aluminum ends, and a corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel back and top. Its clear-coated aluminum interior includes a stainless steel floor. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid doors. Each door has a stainless steel exterior, aluminum liner, barrel lock, 15" heavy-duty handle, and magnetic gasket removable without tools. The Gastronorm dual tray slide system includes six gray wire shelves, three per section, adjustable in 1/2" increments. The slides also accommodate 12" × 20" food pans, sold separately. LED lighting illuminates the interior, and an epoxy coating protects the evaporator. A powder-coated steel frame supports front-locking castors. A ten-foot cord and NEMA 5-15P plug are included.
