The True TGN-1R-1S TGN-Series reach-in refrigerator maintains cabinet temperatures from 33°F to 38°F using a self-contained capillary tube system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while producing less heat. The bottom-mounted condensing unit raises the lower shelf for access and permits storage above the cabinet. Automatic defrost is time-initiated and temperature-terminated. True’s reverse condensing unit technology reverses condenser fan direction at startup to help remove dirt and debris from the coil. The exterior combines a stainless steel front, aluminum ends, and corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel back and top.

The interior features a clear-coated aluminum liner and stainless steel base. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid door. The full-width door has a stainless steel exterior, aluminum liner, 15" heavy-duty extruded handle, and standard barrel lock. Its positive-seal, self-closing action, field-reversible hinging, and removable one-piece magnetic gasket support daily operation and cleaning. A Gastronorm dual slide system includes three gray wire shelves and accommodates 12" × 20" pans. LED interior lighting, an exterior temperature display, and an epoxy-coated evaporator complete the standard equipment. The cabinet sits on a black powder-coated steel frame rail with front-locking castors and includes a ten-foot cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
