The True TGN-1F-1S TGN-Series reach-in freezer maintains a cabinet temperature of -10°F using a self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. An extra-large evaporator coil is balanced with the compressor and condenser, while electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow. The bottom-mounted condensing unit allows storage above the cabinet and raises the lower shelf for access. Automatic defrost is time-initiated and temperature-terminated. True’s reverse condensing unit technology reverses the condenser fan at startup to help remove accumulated dirt and debris. The exterior combines a stainless steel front, aluminum ends, and GalFan-coated steel back and top.

Inside, a clear-coated aluminum liner and stainless steel base are surrounded by high-density polyurethane insulation. The full-width solid door has a stainless steel exterior, aluminum liner, 15" extruded handle, and standard barrel lock. Its positive-seal, self-closing action, field-reversible hinging, and removable one-piece magnetic gasket support daily operation and cleaning. A Gastronorm dual slide system includes three gray wire shelves and accommodates 12" × 20" pans. LED interior lighting and an exterior temperature display provide visibility, while an epoxy-coated evaporator resists corrosion. The welded steel frame rail has a protective black powder coating. A ten-foot cord and NEMA 5-15P plug are included for a dedicated 120V, 15-amp outlet.
