The True TGN-2F-2S TGN Series reach-in freezer maintains cabinet temperatures from -10°F to 5°F using a self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while producing less heat. The bottom-mounted condensing unit raises the lower shelf for access and permits storage above the cabinet. Automatic defrost is time-initiated and temperature-terminated. True’s reverse condensing unit technology reverses condenser fan direction at startup to help remove dirt and debris from the coil. The exterior combines a stainless steel front, anodized aluminum ends, and corrosion-resistant GalFan-coated steel back and top.

The interior features clear-coated aluminum and a stainless steel floor. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid doors. Each stainless steel door has an aluminum liner, a 15" heavy-duty extruded handle, a standard barrel lock, and a one-piece magnetic gasket removable without tools. A Gastronorm dual tray slide system includes three gray wire shelves per section, providing six shelves overall. The shelves adjust in 1/2" increments, and the slide system accommodates 12" × 20" food pans, sold separately. LED interior lighting, an exterior temperature display, and an epoxy-coated evaporator complete the standard equipment. The cabinet has a powder-coated steel frame rail, front-locking castors, and a ten-foot power cord.
