The True STR1RRI89-1S-HC SPEC SERIES roll-in refrigerator features a stainless steel door, front, and sides, with stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liner, and ceiling. Its top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses an expansion valve and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat production and energy consumption. The evaporator sits outside the food zone to maximize usable cabinet space, and high-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid door.

A heavy-gauge stainless steel ramp accommodates roll-in racks with inboard castors measuring up to 27" L × 29" D × 72" H; racks are supplied by others. Interior bumpers protect the cabinet walls from carts. The solid door closes automatically and stays open at 120° for loading and unloading. It includes a lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style lock, all-metal handle, and three external cam-lift hinges. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior, while an exterior digital display shows temperature in °F or °C.
