The True STR1FPT-2HS-2HS-HC SPEC SERIES is a one-section pass-through freezer designed to maintain a cabinet temperature of -10°F for storing frozen foods and ice cream. Its self-contained expansion valve refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, with an extra-large evaporator coil balanced with the compressor and condenser. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while producing less heat. The top-mounted refrigeration system positions the evaporator outside the food zone to maximize storage space. Automatic defrost is time-initiated and temperature-terminated, with an evaporator fan motor delay during the defrost cycle.

The cabinet features stainless steel doors, front, and exterior sides, together with stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liners, and ceiling. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid doors. The pass-through configuration includes four solid stainless steel half doors, with two front and two rear doors for access from either side. One factory-installed interior shelving kit is included, with four shelving configurations available. The self-closing doors feature a 120° stay-open position, lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style locks, heavy-duty all-metal handles, and external cam-lift hinges. Safety-shielded LED lighting, an exterior digital temperature display, removable magnetic door gaskets, and an epoxy-coated evaporator complete the standard equipment. The cabinet is mounted on 5-inch castors with locks on the front set.
