The True STR1RRI-1G-HC SPEC SERIES roll-in refrigerator accommodates racks with inboard castors measuring up to 27" L × 29" D × 66" H. Its self-contained expansion valve refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures between 33°F and 38°F. The top-mounted system positions the evaporator outside the food zone to maximize storage space. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat generation and energy consumption. An exterior digital temperature display provides readings in °F or °C.

The cabinet features a stainless steel door assembly, front and sides, with stainless steel interior side walls, floor, door liner and ceiling. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure. The Low-E, double-pane insulated glass door provides visibility and features a self-closing mechanism with a 120° stay-open position. A bolt-style lock, heavy-duty all-metal handle and three external cam lift hinges carry lifetime guarantees. The door includes a field-reversible hinge and a one-piece magnetic gasket removable without tools for cleaning. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior, while an epoxy-coated evaporator helps resist corrosion. Interior bumpers protect the cabinet walls from roll-in carts. Racks are supplied separately, and the unit comes factory prewired with a 9 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
