The True STR1R-1G-HC SPEC SERIES reach-in refrigerator maintains cabinet temperatures between 33°F and 38°F using a self-contained expansion valve refrigeration system and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its top-mounted refrigeration system positions the evaporator outside the food zone to maximize storage space. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat generation and energy consumption. Electronic controls and an exterior digital temperature display allow operators to monitor cabinet temperature in °F or °C.

The cabinet features a stainless steel exterior and stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liner and ceiling. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps maintain cabinet temperatures. The Low-E, double-pane insulated glass door provides visibility and includes a self-closing mechanism with a 120° stay-open feature. A bolt-style lock, all-metal handle and external cam lift hinges carry lifetime guarantees. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior, and one factory-installed interior kit option is included for the section. An epoxy-coated evaporator helps resist corrosion, while removable magnetic door gaskets simplify cleaning. The refrigerator includes 5" plate casters with front locks and comes factory prewired with a 9 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
