The True STR1R-1HG/1HS-HC SPEC SERIES reach-in refrigerator combines a Low-E, double-pane insulated glass half door with a stainless steel solid half door. Its self-contained expansion valve refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures between 33°F and 38°F. The top-mounted system positions the evaporator outside the food zone to maximize storage space. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat generation and energy consumption. Electronic controls and an exterior digital temperature display support temperature monitoring in °F or °C.

Stainless steel exterior construction complements stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liner and ceiling. The cabinet structure and solid half door feature high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. Self-closing doors include a 120° stay-open feature, lifetime-guaranteed locks and all-metal handles, with magnetic gaskets removable without tools for cleaning. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior, and one factory-installed interior kit option is included for the section. An epoxy-coated evaporator helps protect against corrosion. The refrigerator is curb-mounting ready and includes 5" plate casters with front locks. It comes factory prewired with a 9 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug for connection to a dedicated 115V outlet.
