The True STR1R-1S-HC SPEC SERIES reach-in refrigerator maintains cabinet temperatures between 33°F and 38°F using a self-contained expansion valve refrigeration system and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Its top-mounted refrigeration system positions the evaporator outside the food zone to maximize storage space. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat generation and energy consumption. Electronic controls and an exterior digital temperature display support temperature monitoring in °F or °C.

The cabinet features a stainless steel door, front and sides, with stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liner and ceiling. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid door. The self-closing door includes a 120° stay-open feature, a lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style lock, an all-metal handle and external cam lift hinges. A one-piece magnetic door gasket removes without tools for cleaning. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior, and one factory-installed interior kit option is included for the section. An epoxy-coated evaporator helps resist corrosion, while 5" plate casters with front locks support movement and positioning. The refrigerator is curb-mounting ready and comes factory prewired with a 9 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
