The True STG1R-1G-HC SPEC SERIES reach-in refrigerator maintains cabinet temperatures from 33°F to 38°F for food preservation. Its self-contained refrigeration system uses an expansion valve and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat generation and energy consumption. The top-mounted refrigeration system positions the evaporator outside the food zone to maximize capacity, with electronic control and an exterior digital temperature display available in °F or °C.

The cabinet features a stainless steel door and front with matching aluminum sides, aluminum interior side walls and back, and a stainless steel floor and ceiling. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation surrounds the cabinet structure. The Low-E, double-pane thermal glass door provides insulated visibility and includes a self-closing mechanism, a 120° stay-open feature, a heavy-duty all-metal handle, and a bolt-style lock.

Three heavy-duty, PVC-coated wire shelves provide storage, while safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior. The refrigerator includes 5" diameter plate castors with locks on the front set, an epoxy-coated evaporator, and removable one-piece magnetic door gaskets for cleaning. It is factory pre-wired for a 115 V, 60 Hz, single-phase connection, with a cord and plug included.
