The True STR1R-2HG-HC SPEC SERIES reach-in refrigerator features two Low-E, double-pane insulated glass half doors and maintains cabinet temperatures between 33°F and 38°F. Its self-contained expansion valve refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, with a top-mounted design that positions the evaporator outside the food zone to maximize storage space. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat generation and energy consumption. Electronic controls and an exterior digital temperature display support temperature monitoring in °F or °C.

The cabinet features stainless steel door assemblies, front and sides, with stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liner and ceiling. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure. Both half doors are self-closing with a 120° stay-open feature and include lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style locks, all-metal handles and external cam lift hinges. One-piece magnetic door gaskets remove without tools for cleaning. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior, and one factory-installed interior kit option is included for the section. An epoxy-coated evaporator helps resist corrosion, while 5" plate casters with front locks support movement and positioning. The refrigerator is curb-mounting ready and comes factory prewired with a 9 ft. cord and NEMA 5-15P plug.
