The True STR2R-2S-HC SPEC SERIES is a two-section reach-in refrigerator with two full-height solid stainless steel swing doors. Its self-contained expansion valve refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures from 33°F to 38°F. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat production and energy consumption. The top-mounted refrigeration system positions the evaporator outside the food zone to maximize usable storage space. Electronic control manages operation, and an exterior digital temperature display is available in °F or °C. An epoxy-coated evaporator provides corrosion protection, and the cabinet is curb mounting ready.
The cabinet features stainless steel doors, front, and exterior sides, with stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liners, and ceiling. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid doors. One interior kit option is included per full section. Self-closing doors feature a 120° stay-open position, lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style locks, heavy-duty all-metal handles, and external cam-lift hinges. One-piece magnetic door gaskets remove without tools for cleaning. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior, while standard 5" plate castors include locks on the front set. The refrigerator includes a 9-foot cord and NEMA 5-15P plug for connection to a dedicated 115V, 15-amp outlet.
