The True STG2R-2S-HC SPEC SERIES reach-in refrigerator features two sections with solid stainless steel swing doors and matching aluminum exterior sides. The interior combines aluminum side walls and back with a stainless steel floor and ceiling. Six heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves provide storage, with three shelves per section. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet and solid doors, while safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior.
The self-contained, top-mounted refrigeration system uses an expansion valve and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures between 33°F and 38°F. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat and energy consumption. The evaporator is positioned outside the food zone to maximize storage capacity and has an epoxy coating for corrosion protection. Electronic controls and an exterior digital temperature display provide temperature monitoring in °F or °C. The self-closing doors feature a 120° stay-open position, lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style locks, all-metal handles, and external cam-lift hinges. Magnetic door gaskets remove without tools for cleaning. The refrigerator includes 5" plate casters with front locks and a factory-installed cord and plug for connection to a dedicated 115V, 15-amp outlet.
