The True STR2R-2G-HC SPEC SERIES is a two-section reach-in refrigerator with two full-height glass swing doors. Its self-contained expansion valve refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures from 33°F to 38°F. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat production and energy consumption. The top-mounted refrigeration system positions the evaporator outside the food zone to maximize usable storage space. Electronic control manages operation, and an exterior digital temperature display is available in °F or °C. The evaporator is epoxy coated for corrosion protection, and the cabinet is curb mounting ready.
The cabinet features stainless steel door construction, front, and exterior sides, with stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liners, and ceiling. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulates the cabinet structure. The doors incorporate Low-E, double-pane thermal-insulated glass and close automatically, with a 120° stay-open feature. Standard door equipment includes lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style locks, heavy-duty all-metal handles, external cam-lift hinges, and one-piece magnetic gaskets removable without tools. One interior kit option is included per full section. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior, while 5" plate castors include locks on the front set. A 9-foot cord and NEMA 5-15P plug connect the refrigerator to a dedicated 115V, 15-amp outlet.
