The True STR1HPT-1G-1S SPEC SERIES heated holding cabinet features a single-section pass-thru design with one glass front door and one solid rear door. It maintains holding temperatures from 140°F to 180°F using one corrosion-resistant stainless steel heating element with a total output of 1500 watts. An exterior on/off switch and electronic temperature control manage the heating system, while a manually controlled vent on top provides humidity control. The cabinet is designed to hold warm baked or cooked food and is not intended to heat cold or room-temperature products.

Stainless steel exterior construction surrounds an interior with stainless steel side walls, back, floor, door liner, and ceiling. The front door uses Low-E, double-pane thermal insulated glass, and the rear door is stainless steel. High-density polyurethane insulation is foamed into the cabinet and solid door. Both doors feature positive-seal self-closing operation with a 120° stay-open position, heavy-duty metal handles, and external cam-lift hinges. One-piece magnetic door gaskets remove without tools for cleaning. Safety-shielded incandescent lighting operates through an exterior on/off switch, and an exterior digital display shows temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius. One interior kit option is included per full section. The unit includes 5" plate casters with front locks and a factory-installed cord and plug.
