The True STR1H-1S SPEC SERIES heated holding cabinet features a single-section design with one solid swing door. It maintains holding temperatures from 140°F to 180°F using one corrosion-resistant stainless steel heating element with a total output of 1500 watts. Low-velocity fans distribute heat evenly throughout the cabinet, while an exterior on/off switch and electronic temperature control manage the heating system. A manually controlled vent on top provides humidity control. The cabinet is designed to hold warm baked or cooked food and is not intended to heat cold or room-temperature products.

The exterior door, front, and sides are stainless steel, as are the interior side walls, back, floor, door liner, and ceiling. High-density polyurethane insulation is foamed into the cabinet and solid door. The positive-seal door closes automatically and features a 120° stay-open position for loading. Lifetime-guaranteed components include the bolt-style lock, heavy-duty metal handle, and external cam-lift hinges. One-piece magnetic door gaskets remove without tools for cleaning. Safety-shielded incandescent lighting operates through an exterior on/off switch, and an exterior digital display shows temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius. One interior kit option is included per full section. The unit includes 5" plate casters with front locks and a factory-installed cord and plug.
