The True STR1H-1G SPEC SERIES heated holding cabinet features a single-section design with one glass swing door. It maintains holding temperatures from 140°F to 180°F using a corrosion-resistant stainless steel heating element with a total output of 1500 watts. Low-velocity fans distribute heat evenly throughout the cabinet, while an exterior on/off switch and electronic temperature control manage the heating system. A manually controlled vent on top of the cabinet provides humidity control. The cabinet is designed to hold warm baked or cooked food and is not intended to heat cold or room-temperature products.

Stainless steel exterior construction surrounds an interior with stainless steel side walls, back, floor, door liner, and ceiling. The Low-E, double-pane thermal glass door provides visibility into the cabinet and features positive-seal self-closing operation with a 120° stay-open position. Lifetime-guaranteed components include the bolt-style lock, heavy-duty metal handle, and external cam-lift hinges. One-piece magnetic door gaskets remove without tools for cleaning. Safety-shielded incandescent interior lighting operates through an exterior on/off switch, and a digital display shows temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius. One interior kit option is included per full section. High-density polyurethane cabinet insulation and 5" plate casters with front locks complete the unit.
