The True STR1H-2HG SPEC SERIES heated holding cabinet features a single-section design with two glass half swing doors. It maintains holding temperatures from 140°F to 180°F using one corrosion-resistant stainless steel heating element with a total output of 1500 watts. Low-velocity fans distribute heat evenly throughout the cabinet, while an exterior on/off switch and electronic temperature control manage the heating system. A manually controlled vent on top provides humidity control. The cabinet is designed to hold warm baked or cooked food and is not intended to heat cold or room-temperature products.

Stainless steel exterior construction surrounds an interior with stainless steel side walls, back, floor, door liner, and ceiling. Low-E, double-pane thermal glass doors provide visibility into the cabinet and feature positive-seal self-closing operation with a 120° stay-open position. Lifetime-guaranteed components include bolt-style locks, heavy-duty metal handles, and external cam-lift hinges. One-piece magnetic door gaskets remove without tools for cleaning. Safety-shielded incandescent lighting operates through an exterior on/off switch, and an exterior digital display shows temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius. One interior kit option is included per full section. High-density polyurethane cabinet insulation and 5" plate casters with front locks complete the unit.
