The True STR1FRI-1S-HC SPEC SERIES is a one-section roll-in freezer designed to maintain a cabinet temperature of -10°F for storing frozen foods and ice cream. Its self-contained expansion valve refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, with an extra-large evaporator coil balanced with the compressor and condenser. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while producing less heat. The top-mounted refrigeration system positions the evaporator outside the food zone to maximize storage space. Automatic defrost is time-initiated and temperature-terminated, with an evaporator fan motor delay during the defrost cycle.

The cabinet features a stainless steel door, front, and exterior sides, together with stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liner, and ceiling. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid door. It accommodates a roll-in rack with inboard castors measuring up to 27"L × 29"D × 66"H, supplied separately. A heavy-gauge stainless steel ramp supports loading, while interior bumpers protect the cabinet walls. The self-closing door features a 120° stay-open position, a lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style lock, metal handle, and external cam-lift hinges. Safety-shielded LED lighting, an exterior digital temperature display, a removable magnetic gasket, and an epoxy-coated evaporator complete the standard equipment.
