The True STR1DT-2HS-HC SPEC SERIES refrigerator/freezer combines refrigerated and frozen storage in a single-section cabinet with two solid half swing doors. The refrigerator occupies the top compartment and maintains temperatures from 33°F to 38°F, while the bottom freezer maintains -10°F. The PDF specifies a self-contained expansion valve (TXV) system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat production and energy consumption. The refrigeration system is top mounted, with the evaporator positioned outside the food zone to maximize storage space.

The exterior doors, front, and sides are stainless steel, as are the interior side walls, back, floor, door liner, and ceiling.
