The True STG3R-3S-HC SPEC SERIES refrigerator features three sections with solid swing doors and a top-mounted refrigeration system. Its self-contained expansion valve (TXV) system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures from 33°F to 38°F. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors deliver consistent airflow while reducing heat production and energy consumption. The evaporator is positioned outside the food zone to maximize storage space, and electronic controls manage cabinet operation.

Stainless steel doors and matching aluminum sides surround an interior with aluminum side walls and back, plus a stainless steel floor and ceiling. The cabinet and solid doors contain foamed-in-place, high-density polyurethane insulation. Nine heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves provide storage across the three sections, while safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior. Positive-seal doors close automatically and stay open at 120° for loading. Each door includes bolt-style locks, heavy-duty metal handles, and external cam-lift hinges. One-piece magnetic gaskets remove without tools for cleaning. An exterior digital display shows temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius, and an epoxy-coated evaporator helps resist corrosion.
