The True STG3F-3S-HC SPEC SERIES is a three-section reach-in freezer with three solid swing doors, designed to maintain -10°F temperatures for frozen foods and ice cream. Stainless steel doors and front with matching aluminum sides provide the exterior construction. Inside, aluminum side walls and back are paired with a stainless steel floor and ceiling. Nine heavy-duty, PVC-coated wire shelves provide three shelves per section, while safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior. High-density polyurethane insulation is foamed into the cabinet structure and solid doors.

The top-mounted refrigeration system uses two compressors rated at 3/4 HP each, an expansion valve, and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat and energy consumption. Automatic defrost is time-initiated and temperature-terminated, with an automatic evaporator fan delay during defrost. Self-closing doors include a 120° stay-open feature, lifetime-guaranteed locks, all-metal handles, and external cam-lift hinges. Magnetic gaskets remove without tools for cleaning. An exterior digital temperature display, epoxy-coated evaporator, and 5" plate casters with front locks are standard.
