The True STG3R-3G-HC SPEC SERIES refrigerator features three sections with glass swing doors and a top-mounted refrigeration system. Its self-contained expansion valve system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures from 33°F to 38°F. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat production and energy consumption. The evaporator is positioned outside the food zone to maximize usable storage space.

Stainless steel door construction and matching aluminum sides surround an interior with aluminum side walls and back, plus a stainless steel floor and ceiling. Nine heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves provide adjustable storage, while safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the cabinet. Low-E, double-pane thermal glass doors feature positive-seal self-closing operation, a 120° stay-open position, bolt-style locks, and heavy-duty metal handles. One-piece magnetic door gaskets remove without tools for cleaning. An exterior digital display shows cabinet temperature in Fahrenheit or Celsius, and the epoxy-coated evaporator helps resist corrosion.
