The True STR3R-3S-HC SPEC SERIES reach-in refrigerator provides three refrigerated sections with full-height solid stainless steel swing doors. Its self-contained expansion valve refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while producing less heat and reducing energy consumption. The top-mounted refrigeration system positions the evaporator outside the food zone to maximize usable storage space. An electronic control manages operation, while an exterior digital temperature display provides readings in °F or °C.

The cabinet features stainless steel doors, front, and exterior sides, together with stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liner, and ceiling. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid doors. One interior kit option is included per full section. Self-closing doors feature a 120° stay-open position, lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style locks, heavy-duty all-metal handles, and external cam-lift hinges. One-piece magnetic gaskets remove without tools for cleaning. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior, and an epoxy-coated evaporator provides corrosion protection. Standard 5" plate castors include locks on the front set, and the cabinet is curb mounting ready. A 9-foot cord and NEMA 5-15P plug connect the unit to a dedicated 115V, 15-amp outlet.
