The True STR3F-6HS-HC SPEC SERIES reach-in freezer provides three refrigerated sections with six solid half-height stainless steel swing doors. Its self-contained expansion valve refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and two compressors rated at 1/2 HP each to maintain a cabinet temperature of -10°F for frozen foods and ice cream. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while producing less heat and reducing energy consumption. The top-mounted refrigeration system positions the evaporator outside the food zone. Automatic defrost is time-initiated and temperature-terminated, with an automatic evaporator fan motor delay during the defrost cycle.

The cabinet features stainless steel doors, front, and exterior sides, together with stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liner, and ceiling. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid doors. One interior kit option is included per full section. Self-closing doors feature a 120° stay-open position, lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style locks, heavy-duty all-metal handles, and external cam-lift hinges. One-piece magnetic gaskets remove without tools for cleaning. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior, while an exterior digital display provides temperature readings in °F or °C. An epoxy-coated evaporator, 5" plate castors with front locks, and a 9-foot cord with NEMA 5-20P plug complete the standard equipment.
