The True STG2DT-4HS-HC SPEC SERIES refrigerator/freezer combines refrigerated and frozen storage in a two-section cabinet with four solid half swing doors. The refrigerator occupies the left side and maintains temperatures of 33°F to 38°F, while the freezer on the right maintains -10°F. Its self-contained refrigeration system uses an expansion valve and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat production and energy consumption. The refrigeration system is top mounted, with the evaporator positioned outside the food zone to maximize usable space. The freezer includes time-initiated, time-terminated automatic defrost and an automatic evaporator fan motor delay during defrost.

The cabinet features stainless steel doors with matching aluminum sides, aluminum interior side walls and back, and a stainless steel floor and ceiling. Six heavy-duty, gray PVC-coated wire shelves provide storage, with three shelves per section. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid doors. Self-closing doors feature a 120° stay-open position, lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style locks, heavy-duty all-metal handles, and external cam-lift hinges. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior, and two exterior digital displays show the refrigerator and freezer temperatures separately. Epoxy-coated evaporators resist corrosion, magnetic door gaskets remove without tools for cleaning, and 5" plate casters include locks on the front set.
