The True STR2DT-2S-HC SPEC SERIES is a two-section reach-in refrigerator/freezer with the refrigerator on the left and freezer on the right. Its self-contained expansion valve refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain 33°F to 38°F in the refrigerator section and -10°F in the freezer section. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat production and energy consumption. The top-mounted system positions the evaporator outside the food zone. The freezer includes automatic, time-initiated, time-terminated defrost and an automatic evaporator fan motor delay during the defrost cycle.

The cabinet has stainless steel doors, front, and sides, with stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liners, and ceiling. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid doors. One interior kit option is included per full section. Each self-closing door has a 120° stay-open feature, a lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style lock, an all-metal handle, and external cam-lift hinges. One-piece magnetic gaskets remove without tools. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior, and separate exterior digital displays show refrigerator and freezer temperatures. Standard equipment includes an epoxy-coated evaporator, 5" plate castors with front locks, and a 10-foot cord with a NEMA 5-20P plug for a dedicated 115V, 20-amp outlet.
