The True STG1RRI-1S-HC SPEC SERIES roll-in refrigerator features a stainless steel door with matching aluminum sides, aluminum interior side walls and back, and a stainless steel floor and ceiling. Its top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system uses an expansion valve and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat production and energy consumption. The evaporator sits outside the food zone to maximize usable space, and high-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid door.

A heavy-gauge stainless steel ramp accommodates roll-in racks with inboard castors measuring up to 27" L × 29" D × 66" H; racks are supplied by others. Interior bumpers protect the cabinet walls from carts. The self-closing solid door stays open at 120° for loading and unloading and includes a lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style lock, heavy-duty all-metal handle, and three external cam-lift hinges. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the interior, while an exterior digital display shows temperature in °F or °C. An epoxy-coated evaporator resists corrosion, and the magnetic door gasket removes without tools for cleaning.
