Swathed in spun ceramic fiber insulation and requiring only a 1-inch side clearance to combustibles, the monolithic 4-inch thick cast-ceramic hearth and dome rest securely on an open black painted steel stand, marrying strength with elegance.

Distinguished by its galvanized steel finish and complemented by a stainless steel service panel, this oven arrives fully assembled, ETL Listed, and proudly crafted in the USA, ready for seamless installation.   - Radiant Flame + Underfloor IR (RFG-IR): Elevate your culinary endeavors with an additional 83,000 BTU/hr (NG) thermostatically controlled infrared burner mounted beneath the oven deck, ensuring optimal production capacity without heat recovery issues.

- Wood-Fired Options: Embrace the timeless tradition of wood-fired cooking.
  - Wood-Fired (W): Immerse yourself in the rich, smoky aromas and flavors imparted by a wood fire.
  - Wood with Gas Assist (W-IR): Enhance your wood-fired experience with the supplemental BTUs of an Underfloor IR burner. Note: This configuration requires a wood fire.

VENTING INFORMATION

The Mt. Baker can be direct connected to a power ventilated, grease-rated chimney or can be vented with a Listed Type 1 exhaust hood, or one constructed in accordance with NFPA 96 and all relevant local and national codes. The oven must be vented in accordance with all relevant local and national codes, and in a manner acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction.
