The True STG2R-2G-HC SPEC SERIES two-section reach-in refrigerator maintains cabinet temperatures from 33°F to 38°F. Its factory-engineered, self-contained refrigeration system uses a thermostatic expansion valve and R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Electronically commutated evaporator and condenser fan motors provide consistent airflow while reducing heat production and energy consumption. The refrigeration system is top mounted, with the evaporator positioned outside the food zone to maximize storage space. Electronic control and an exterior digital temperature display, available in Fahrenheit or Celsius, support temperature management.

The cabinet features stainless steel doors with matching aluminum sides, aluminum interior side walls and back, and a stainless steel floor and ceiling. Two Low-E, double-pane thermal-insulated glass doors provide visibility into the cabinet, supported by safety-shielded LED interior lighting. Six heavy-duty PVC-coated wire shelves provide three shelves per section. Self-closing doors include a 120° stay-open feature, bolt-style locks, all-metal handles, and magnetic gaskets removable without tools. High-density polyurethane insulation surrounds the cabinet, and an epoxy-coated evaporator provides corrosion protection. Standard 5" plate casters include front locks. The unit operates on 115V power and includes a 9-foot cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug.
