The True STR2HPT-2S-2S SPEC SERIES is a two-section pass-thru heated holding cabinet with two solid front doors and two solid rear doors. It maintains holding temperatures from 140°F to 180°F for warm baked or cooked food. One corrosion-resistant stainless steel heating element per section provides uniform electric heat, with a total cabinet output of 3,000 watts. An exterior on/off switch and electronic temperature control manage heating, while a manually controlled top vent provides humidity control. An exterior digital temperature display is available in °F or °C. The cabinet holds already-warm food and is not designed to heat cold or room-temperature products.
The cabinet features stainless steel doors, front, and exterior sides, with stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liners, and ceiling. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid doors. One interior kit option is included per full section. Self-closing doors feature a 120° stay-open position, lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style locks, all-metal handles, and external cam-lift hinges. One-piece magnetic gaskets remove without tools for cleaning. Safety-shielded incandescent lighting operates through an exterior switch, and standard 5" plate castors include front locks. Installation requires hardwiring to a dedicated 208–240V, 60Hz, single-phase, 20-amp circuit using three feed wires, including ground.
