The True STG2HPT-2S-2S SPEC SERIES pass-thru heated holding cabinet maintains warm baked or cooked food at temperatures from 140°F to 180°F. Its two-section design features two solid front swing doors and two solid rear swing doors for access from either side. One stainless steel heating element per section provides a combined 3000 watts of heat. An exterior on/off switch and electronic temperature control manage operation, while a manually controlled top vent provides humidity control. An exterior digital temperature display is available in Fahrenheit or Celsius. The cabinet is designed to hold warm food and is not intended to heat cold or room-temperature products.

The exterior features stainless steel doors with matching aluminum sides, while the interior combines aluminum side walls and back with a stainless steel floor and ceiling. Six heavy-duty chrome-plated wire shelves provide three shelves per section. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure and solid doors. Positive-seal, self-closing doors feature a 120° stay-open position, bolt-style locks, all-metal handles, and magnetic gaskets removable without tools. Safety-shielded incandescent interior lighting operates through an exterior switch. Standard 5" plate casters include front locks, and the cabinet requires a hardwired electrical connection.
