The True STR2HPT-2G-2S SPEC SERIES is a two-section pass-thru heated holding cabinet with two glass front doors and two solid rear doors. It maintains holding temperatures from 140°F to 180°F for warm baked or cooked food. One corrosion-resistant stainless steel heating element provides 3,000 watts, controlled by an exterior on/off switch and electronic temperature control. A manually controlled vent on top of the cabinet provides humidity control. An exterior digital temperature display is available in °F or °C. The cabinet is designed to hold already-warm food, rather than heat cold or room-temperature products.
The cabinet features stainless steel door construction, front, and exterior sides, with stainless steel interior side walls, back, floor, door liners, and ceiling. High-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane insulates the cabinet structure and solid doors. The front doors incorporate Low-E, double-pane thermal-insulated glass. Self-closing doors include a 120° stay-open feature, lifetime-guaranteed bolt-style locks, all-metal handles, and external cam-lift hinges. One-piece magnetic gaskets remove without tools for cleaning. One interior kit option is included per full section. Safety-shielded incandescent lighting operates through an exterior switch, and 5" plate castors have front locks. Installation requires hardwiring to a dedicated 208–240V, 60Hz, single-phase, 20-amp circuit using three feed wires, including ground.
