Its patented heated air curtain technology creates a protective flow of warm air across the cabinet opening, helping maintain holding temperatures while allowing staff to quickly access products and prepare customized food orders.

Warm air is forced downward through ducts above the cabinet opening, forming a curtain of heated air. A portion of this airflow is drawn toward the rear of the cabinet, distributing warmth throughout the holding area and helping maintain suitable temperatures for prepared foods.

Designed for single-opening operation, the FS2HAC-15 is particularly suited to foodservice stations handling customized orders. It features an intuitive touchscreen control with temperature and timer displays, allowing operators to monitor holding conditions and manage food preparation more efficiently. A USB port provides connectivity for supported settings or updates, while the removable crumb tray simplifies routine cleaning. The removable wire rack accommodates six third-size food pans, offering organized storage and convenient access to multiple ingredients or prepared food items.
