With two independent baking chambers, each equipped with an 8" Cordierite deck, this oven provides excellent heat retention and balanced baking performance, making it perfect for high-volume pizza shops, bakeries, and restaurants.

The 54" × 24.5" deck size per chamber delivers expansive baking space, while the double-deck design allows operators to cook at different temperatures simultaneously. Built with a .25" fully welded angle iron frame, heavy-duty stainless-steel exterior, and aluminized steel interior, the 4152 is rugged and reliable for continuous commercial use. Full insulation ensures consistent interior temperatures and cooler exteriors for operator safety.

With a powerful 140,000 BTUH output, the 4152 combines space efficiency with high production capacity, making it a strong choice for demanding kitchens with limited floor space.
