Meanwhile, the 4836 Bistro features a cooking area measuring 29 inches wide by 26.5 inches deep, providing a substantial 5.4-square-foot cooking surface. Crafted with a stainless steel mantle, these ovens exude durability and sophistication.

Originally conceived as high-capacity flatbread ovens, the Dual Burner Bistros effortlessly adapt to various stone hearth cooking endeavors. Equipped with two potent, independently adjustable gas-fired radiant burners flanking the cooking chamber, these ovens offer unparalleled versatility. Moreover, a burner disable switch empowers users to operate with a single burner, enhancing adaptability to diverse cooking needs.

Ensuring structural robustness and longevity, a tensioned steel exoskeleton envelops the hearth and dome perimeters. Encased in spun ceramic fiber insulation and requiring a mere 1-inch side clearance to combustibles, the monolithic 3-inch thick cast-ceramic hearths and domes rest elegantly on painted black steel stands. The upper sections of the ovens boast stainless steel enclosures, while the lower halves feature a sleek black painted finish.

Arriving fully assembled for convenience, these ovens can be partially disassembled using the optional Lifting System to navigate through a standard 32-inch doorway—refer to the Installation and Operation Manual for detailed instructions.
