The Dual Burner 4343, 4355, and 4836 Bistro ovens present a spacious door opening measuring 24 inches wide by 7.5 inches high, facilitating easy access to their interiors. In the 4343 and 4355 Bistros, the cooking area spans 26 inches in width and either 34 or 46 inches in depth, offering cooking surfaces of 6 or 8.3 square feet, respectively. The 4836 Bistro boasts a cooking area measuring 29 inches wide by 26.5 inches deep, resulting in a 5.4-square-foot cooking surface. All models are equipped with a stainless steel mantle at the hearth for added durability and aesthetic appeal.

Originally crafted for high-production flatbread baking, the Dual Burner Bistros excel in various stone hearth cooking applications. These ovens feature two robust and independently adjustable gas-fired radiant burners positioned on each side of the cooking chamber. For enhanced versatility, a burner disable switch allows operation with just one burner, catering to diverse cooking needs.

Ensuring long-lasting performance, a tensioned steel exoskeleton envelops the hearth and dome perimeters, reinforcing structural integrity. Each oven is insulated with spun ceramic fiber and requires only a 1-inch side clearance to combustibles. The monolithic 3-inch thick cast-ceramic hearths and domes rest securely on painted black steel stands. Stainless steel enclosures grace the upper halves of the ovens, while the lower halves boast a sleek black painted finish.

Arriving fully assembled, these ovens offer the convenience of optional partial disassembly using the Lifting System, facilitating passage through a 32-inch doorway—refer to the detailed Installation and Operation Manual for guidance. ETL Listed and proudly manufactured in the USA, these ovens are ready for seamless installation upon delivery.
