Exclusively gas-fired, the Fire Deck 6045 accommodates both natural gas (NG) and liquid propane (LP) configurations.* Choose from an array of heating options to suit your culinary needs:
- RADIANT FLAME + UNDERFLOOR IR (RFG-IR): Harness the power of an adjustable radiant flame and a thermostatically controlled infrared burner mounted beneath the oven deck for optimal production capacity.
- DECORATIVE FLAME (-DF): Enhance your culinary experience with an additional 15,000 BTU/hr flame at the rear of the cooking chamber for added visual flair.
- WOOD-FIRED (W): Immerse yourself in the traditional art of wood-fired cooking.
- WOOD WITH GAS ASSIST (W-IR): Combine the rich flavors of wood-fired cooking with the additional BTUs of an Underfloor IR burner for enhanced performance.
