The TSSU-48-12D-4-HC~SPEC3 sandwich and salad prep table is designed for an efficient and organized display of cold-cut deli meats and produce with its top section capable of holding 12 sixth-size pans. Constructed with durable poly material, these pans resist cracking for long-term use. The unit features an 11¾-inch cutting board, providing a convenient space for preparing lunch sandwiches or poke bowls, and can be easily removed for thorough cleaning at the end of the day. To preserve the freshness of displayed items, the stainless steel cover is insulated, effectively locking in the cold.

The base of the unit offers four heavy-duty shelves, accessible with all-metal handles. Each drawer is designed to maximize storage capability, accommodating one 12-inch-long by 18-inch-wide by 6-inch-deep food storage box, one third-size pan, or one half-size pan with dividers (all sold separately). The front, sides, and back of the base, as well as the interior liner and floor, are constructed from stainless steel. The interior cabinet features coved corners for an enhanced appearance and simplified end-of-day cleaning. The entire cabinet is foamed in with high-density polyurethane for insulation.

Measuring 48¾ inches wide by 30⅛ inches deep by 36⅜ inches high, the TSSU-48-12D-4-HC~SPEC3 prep table is equipped with a self-contained refrigeration system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, promoting environmentally friendly operation. The forced air system ensures cold air circulation below the food pans, maintaining temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The evaporator is epoxy-coated with sealed and self-lubricated fan motors, reducing the need for constant upkeep on the operator's end. This unit is a practical and sustainable choice for food preparation needs.
