The True TSSU-48-10-HC~SPEC3 sandwich and salad preparation table boasts two robust 20-gauge stainless steel doors, providing secure access to a spacious cabinet area that can be locked when not in use. The interior cabinet features four gray shelves, each measuring 21 9/16 inches long by 16 inches deep, coated in gray PVC for water and corrosion resistance. A convenient 11 3/4-inch-deep cutting board above the doors serves as a versatile workspace for crafting sandwiches, subs, salads, or pizzas.

The top section of the unit accommodates 10 sixth-size polycarbonate pans for diced produce and pre-sliced meats. An insulated lid, designed to lock out unwanted germs and particles while preserving cold air, safeguards the ingredients from contaminants. The unit's construction includes stainless steel on the front, back, and sides, ensuring durability. The interior liner is crafted from aluminum with a stainless steel floor, while coved interior corners facilitate easy cleaning by reducing hard-to-reach crevices.

The entire interior cabinet is foamed with high-density polyurethane, maximizing energy efficiency over time. The doors feature simple-to-remove gaskets, ensuring a flush fit to the unit's structure and enhancing temperature retention. The True TSSU-48-10-HC~SPEC3 prep station measures 48 3/8 inches wide by 30 1/8 inches deep by 36 3/4 inches high, offering a well-designed and compact solution.

This unit is equipped with a self-contained capillary system utilizing R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant, showcasing an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient design. Its patented forced-air design facilitates cold air collection at the bottom of the pans, maintaining temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. For user convenience, the condenser is located at the rear for easy access during cleaning.
