The True TDM-R-59-GE/GE-S-S refrigerated bakery display case features a stainless steel exterior and interior, with a curved tempered-glass front and glass ends for displaying desserts, pastries, and cold deli products. Three adjustable chrome-plated wire cantilever shelves support up to 150 pounds each. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the display, while two rear sliding glass doors provide access to products. The front glass swings upward for cleaning, and each rear door includes a 12-inch aluminum handle.

The self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures from 33°F to 41°F. Electronic temperature control manages operation, while self-cleaning RCU technology helps keep the condenser coil clean. An epoxy-coated evaporator resists corrosion, and the condensing unit slides out for cleaning and maintenance. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure. A welded steel frame with a corrosion-resistant black powder-coated finish supports the case, and leg levelers accommodate uneven floors.
