The True TDM-R-59-GE/GE-B-W refrigerated bakery display case features a black powder-coated exterior with black aluminum side and front panels, complemented by a white powder-coated interior over cold-rolled steel. Its curved tempered-glass front and glass ends provide visibility for desserts, pastries, and cold deli products. Three adjustable white PVC-coated wire cantilever shelves support up to 150 pounds each, while safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the display. Two rear sliding glass doors provide access, and the front glass swings upward for cleaning.
The self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain cabinet temperatures from 33°F to 41°F. Electronic temperature control manages operation, while self-cleaning RCU technology helps keep the condenser coil clean. An epoxy-coated evaporator resists corrosion, and the condensing unit slides out for cleaning and maintenance. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure.
