The True TDM-DZ-77-GE/GE-S-W combines refrigerated and dry display sections in a cabinet with a stainless steel exterior and a white powder-coated interior over cold-rolled steel. Its curved, single-pane tempered glass front and clear glass ends provide visibility of displayed deli products, desserts, and pastries. Six adjustable wire cantilever shelves support up to 150 pounds each. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the display, while the front glass swings upward for cleaning access.
The self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP compressor. Electronic temperature control maintains the refrigerated section’s standard temperature range of 33°F–41°F. True’s self-cleaning RCU technology helps maintain condenser performance, and the condensing unit slides out for cleaning and maintenance. Two rear sliding glass doors include 12-inch aluminum handles and ride on stainless steel V-channel tracks with stainless steel bearings. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure, supported by a welded steel frame rail with leg levelers. The case accommodates eight 18" × 26" pans and twelve 12" × 18" pans, supplied by others. It includes an 8-foot cord and NEMA 5-15P plug for a dedicated 115V, 15-amp outlet.
