The True TDM-DC-77-GE/GE-S-W dry bakery display case features a stainless steel exterior and a white powder-coated interior over cold-rolled steel. Its curved, single-pane tempered glass front and clear glass ends provide visibility of displayed desserts and pastries. Three tiers of adjustable wire cantilever shelves accommodate different product arrangements, with each shelf supporting up to 150 pounds. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the cabinet, and the front glass swings upward for cleaning access.
Two rear sliding glass doors provide access for stocking and serving. Each door includes a 12-inch aluminum handle and rides on stainless steel V-channel tracks with stainless steel bearings. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure, while a welded, heavy-duty steel frame rail features a corrosion-resistant black powder-coated finish and leg levelers. The cabinet accommodates eight 18" × 26" display pans and twelve 12" × 18" display pans, supplied by others. This non-refrigerated case complies with NSF/ANSI Standard 2 for open food products and includes an 8-foot cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug for connection to a dedicated 115V, 15-amp outlet.
