The True TDM-DC-77-GE/GE-W-W dry bakery display case features a white exterior and a white powder-coated interior over cold-rolled steel. Its curved, single-pane tempered glass front and clear glass ends provide visibility of displayed desserts and pastries. Three tiers of adjustable, white PVC-coated wire cantilever shelves accommodate different product arrangements, with each shelf supporting up to 150 pounds. Safety-shielded LED lighting illuminates the display, while the front glass swings upward for cleaning access.
Two rear sliding glass doors provide access for stocking and serving. Each door includes a 12-inch aluminum handle and rides on stainless steel V-channel tracks with stainless steel bearings. High-density polyurethane insulation fills the cabinet structure, and a welded, heavy-duty steel frame rail features a corrosion-resistant black powder-coated finish and leg levelers. The cabinet accommodates eight 18" × 26" display pans and twelve 12" × 18" display pans, supplied by others. This non-refrigerated case complies with NSF/ANSI Standard 2 for open food products. It includes an 8-foot cord with a NEMA 5-15P plug and requires a dedicated 115V, 15-amp outlet.
